Far East. Indonesia’s archipelago. Komodo Island is located at East Nusa Tenggara Province, with area of 390 km². And, oh yeah, 4,000 land dragons live at Komodo Island. But just for your information, human do live at this island. Not as prey of course. Maybe the existence of this island is like ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ in real life.

And don’t forget, Komodo Island is a National Park. It surrounding by waters of mangrove dan coral reefs which is famous for diving (not, this dragon can’t swim. It is land dragon you remember).

This fabulous animal is a carnivore. Some said it omnivore. Which are it do EAT your meat.

It is actually classified as lizards (scientist still not believe in dragon, poor them). It will grow to 3 meters long, 7 meters the biggest that we ever known.

Greenish-black lizard armored skin, four leg walkers, long tail and dinosaurs look-alike head.

It spit fire, said the Dutch who first reported about this incredible lizards. Poison for the fact, it spit poison. Scary enough huh..? The poison is enough to paralyze birds or even a deer!!!! Be careful guys…

We don’t know. Probably it have correlation with Australian fauna. Some said that it was an evolution crocodile.

But why it is so exclusive and exiled that only live at one island (small island)…!?? Maybe in prehistoric time, it had Wing.
